The Stokehart Estate is located on the foothills of Mt. Mitchell in south Burnsville overlooking the Mount Mitchell Golf & Country Club. This Western North Carolina wedding venue is situated in a private, gated community on a stunningly beautiful mountain ridge surrounded by 52 private mountain acres and breathtaking views on one side and the Pisgah National forest on the other. The beauty and heavenly views of our property will have your wedding party breathless.

The Stokehart Estate is a 52 acre private legacy property located in the Mount Mitchell community of Burnsville, 30 miles outside Asheville. Our welcoming home and grounds will make you feel like you’ve glimpsed heaven while still on earth and taking with you amazing memories that will last forever.

We offer venue only, so you can customize everything else (catering, flowers etc.) to be exactly how you want it.

You may use Stokehart Estate as a venue only and manage the wedding on your own accord, but you or your event planner must include all of your vendors in a liability policy through our venue and notify us of all important information (delivery dates/times, etc.) regarding the event. You may also use us to help plan your event or just use us as venue only and rent some of our on-site decor items.

Guidelines

-A deposit will be due at the time of the contract signing to reserve your date.
This is part of your total Venue Fee.

You can reserve your date in person, over the phone, or by E-mail.
Please send in the filled out Event Rental Form below along with a check. We also accept Credit Cards and Cash.
